Excellent! The room was clean; had a very good shower w/lots of towels; good air-conditioning; comfy mattress w/lots of pillows; good Wi-Fi; and a new modern mini refrigerator with separate doors for the freezer and then to a compartment for food storage. The property only had one washer and dryer and the dryer was out of commission but the evening manager on duty allowed me to use one of housekeeping's professional dryers to finish the job. He also recommended a very good Italian restaurant (Beris) which we enjoyed but it is a BYOB establishment. This property was located close to the Magnolia Table (within one mile) and to the Magnolia shopping area at the silos (within three miles) which was the primary reason we were visiting Waco. Had hoped to see Jo and Chip Gains but that wasn't in the cards. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Good breakfast, well stocked with a variety of items to select from. Very clean, organized, attentive staff, nicely arranged seating and convenient location just off the lobby and near restrooms. Rooms were spacious, generous amount of towels and linens for sofa bed. Very comfortable beds and quite rooms. Never heard another person and it appeared to a full house. Housekeeping did a great job, efficient, and friendly. The entire facility was extremely clean, absolutely immaculate, and fresh smelling. Infact, everything appeared new? Plenty of well lite parking. Front desk was extremely cordial, as well as helpful. They provided a varied list of restaurant's that provided 10% discount with show of room key card! Great bonus!

convenient to the Waco Sports complex where my daughter was competing. the staff was SUPER Friendly (even when I couldn’t figure out the waffle maker) :) the bed was super comfy and the bed linens were very luxurious!

Very clean!! The staff were all very helpful and they were all smiling! The desk clerk (Thomas) had already added my stay to the Choice reward program before we checked in. The bed was comfortable. The building was close to all the things we wanted to do in town. Breakfast was fresh. The manager was helping turn over tables, and was helpful with offering suggestions for the next leg of our trip.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and sift sheets. The breakfast had very few options, but was still good. We didn't use them, but there was also an indoor pool and small fitness room. Location is close to plenty of food options as well as Top Golf and a huge arcade.

The location is super easy to access from the interstate. The staff have been incredibly helpful. Rooms and hotel are clean, breakfast area very clean and while it isn’t extensive, it is tasty and more than adequate.

We got to stay in a hand-cap room. I am 82 and need a little help. My sister who traveled with me had just had shoulder surgery. They room was way above expectations. The staff was great when we needed extra items it came fast and with a smile. of coarse being our age we did not have gps so we had to ask direction but he staff helped with a smile. I have stayed in many hotels but one was great.

At the top my list of great hotels I've visited. Will definitely go there again. My only complaints were with their gym. The start button on the treadmill didn't seem to work for me to check my heartbeat. However, it still worked and I used it. Their other gym equipment was great but a little crowded.

I liked the room set up. Like how there is a door between living area and bedroom. Was hot in hallways but bareable.. it was quite and convenient to the things we wanted to do

I loved the layout of the rooms. You had a outside vanity area with a sink so a lady could put on her make up without getting a steamy shower fog from her husband. We could also put our son to bed and close the door to the outside suite and watch a movie and share some wine without keeping him awake. We love this layout, and we will continue to make this our go-to hotel anytime we visit Waco.
